Ooh, sleek outfit. And I like the squirtle squad sunglasses! And the fact that you actually bothered to give her eyes underneath!
I always like tail-belts. They're a great excuse to keep tails off the gijinkas without making them lack representation. And avoiding the ponytail approach also meant you could give squirtle a shock of hair shaped like the pokemon's bald head, just like charmander. I'll admit, I've always been hoping to come across a bald squirtle gijinka at some point, but that do's pretty cute.
Sparkles are a good move for a water type, as they are reminiscent of the sunlight on a lake or ocean's surface. Those big, shiny aqua rubber boots are appealing as they are fitting for this water-loving pokemon. It's also cool how the sunburnt knees fit each starter in their own way (grass has it because plants like the sunlight, fire has it because they're fire, therefore burnt, and this water gijinka has them because she's a water type, therefore is at the beach a lot, so she gets sunburnt). You're just so darn good at drawing them that it's nice to always have an excuse. The only thing I'm not loving about this gijinka is the shell. I'm afraid I can't make head or tail of that. Everything else looks great, and this is overall a really nice gijinka.
A lot of people make their squirtle gijinka wear a turtle shell, or a backpack that looks like squirtle's shell, on their back, which looks like crap. But you made a good solution by making her wear those clothes. It's very Squirtle-ish, even though it doesn't resemble a shell at all.
